The Flagstaff Luxury Home Tour

Every month, a group of Flagstaff's top real estate agents gathers for something you won't find in most markets: a curated, agent-only tour through the area's finest luxury listings. I'm proud to say I was one of the original organizers of the Flagstaff Luxury Home Tour, and I still help lead it every other month — including this month's stop lineup.

What the Tour Is

Held the second Wednesday of every month from 9 AM to 12:00 PM, the Luxury Home Tour brings together 30 to 45 local agents to walk through a rotating lineup of the market's standout properties — from architecturally distinctive estates to premier golf-course homes in communities like Pine Canyon and Forest Highlands, Lockett Ranches and others.

Each stop is more than a walkthrough. Listing agents use the tour to showcase what makes a property special, agents compare notes on pricing and presentation, and everyone leaves with a sharper, more current read on where the luxury market actually stands — not just what the numbers say, but what buyers are responding to in person.
