Flagstaff has been my home and the heart of my real estate career for more than two decades. From 2003 to 2012, I worked as a new home sales agent with local builders including Keepsake Homes, Capstone Homes, and Holdsworth, guiding more than 200 new-construction sales across communities like Forest Highlands, Pine Canyon, Flagstaff Ranch, and Ponderosa Trails. That hands-on experience with new construction, alongside residential resale, gives me a rare depth of insight into Northern Arizona's most distinctive communities.

I joined Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty as an Associate Broker in 2012, and since 2007 I've consistently ranked among the Top 20 REALTORS® in Northern Arizona, earning the Lyon's Elite Top 1% Award over the years. I'm also a Ninja Selling graduate and Brown Belt, which reflects my relationship-first approach: the best results start with listening, understanding what matters most to each client, and providing thoughtful guidance from start to finish.
